Frank Ideas offers free domestic shipping for all Australian purchases over $175AU.

Frank Ideas offers free International shipping for orders over $250AU.

For orders under $175, there is a Shipping fee of $12 Australia wide.

You have the option to purchase express shipping on all domestic parcels for $17.

NB While I give priority to Express Shipping it DOES NOT guarantee your order is posted sooner, it DOES mean the actual time from being posted to reaching you will be faster.

I endeavour to ship orders within 4 business days of receiving payment.

If you are concerned your order may not arrive in time for a special occasion, such as a holiday or birthday, please ask so I can let you know if it is possible or not. Although I cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date, I will do my best!

You will be sent a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Mistaken Address

Please note, if an incorrect shipping address is given and the package is returned, I will re-send the order after the address is corrected and new shipping charges are paid.

Failure to collect from Post Office

If Australia Post has attempted delivery and you have failed to collect your parcel from the notified pick up point, your parcel may be returned (at our expense) to Frank Ideas. In this case refunds will only be offered once the returned parcel has been received (NB this can take a number of weeks) and you have requested a refund. Refunds will be issued minus all postage costs plus a 3% restocking fee.

We will re-send the order on your request. NB: Additional postage charges will apply. 

All orders shipped outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post International Airmail.

In accordance with Australia Post requirements, all parcels are shipped with a customs slip.

You will be sent a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Returns are accepted, except for custom work, clearance items or sale items, within 7 days of receipt. It is important that you contact us if you need to return an item. It is advisable that any item returned, be sent with tracking information.

All change-of-mind returns incur a shipping cost at the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, an additional delivery charge will be required.

A 3% restocking fee will apply to all returns and cancellations

Please return items in the same condition as you received them. Once the item has been received, in original condition, a credit or refund will be issued, minus the 3% restocking fee and shipping charges. You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping & handling fees are not refundable on returns and you must pay for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
