FAQ About Orders for US Customers [September 2025]
Why are orders temporarily suspended for US based customers?
Due to newly introduced US tariffs, Australia Post has temporarily suspended all parcel deliveries from Australia to the United States.
This means, unfortunately, I’m unable to sell or ship any jewellery to US customers at the moment.
I’ll be keeping a close eye on the situation and will reopen sales to the US as soon as shipping becomes possible again.

Can I still place an order if I’m in the U.S.?”
Not at the moment—due to new U.S. tariffs, Australia Post can’t ship parcels to the United States. We hope to resume soon and will share updates when we have them.
Why has Australia chosen to do this?
Australia Post isn't the only postal service that has made this extraordinary decision.
Norwegian, Swedish-Danish and Belgian postal groups also paused their parcel shipments to the US in August 2025.
When will this be resolved?
Unfortunately at this time it is unclear, however we are watching the situation closely and will inform you once the issue is resolved.

Who designs the jewellery
Everything is designed by Rowan Shaw (owner, designer, maker and general dogs body at Frank Ideas) in my studio in Alexandria, Sydney, Australia.
Payment Questions
What forms of payment do you accept?
Frank Ideas gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, AfterPay or regular account payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Shipping & Dispatch Times
When can I expect to receive my order?
I endeavour to ship orders within 4 business days (unless otherwise indicated) of receiving payment.
If you are concerned your order may not arrive in time for a special occasion, such as a holiday or birthday, please ask so I can let you know if it is possible or not.
Although I cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date, I will do my best!
International Orders
How are international Orders Shipped?
All orders shipped outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post International Airmail. You will be sent a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
In accordance with Australia Post requirements, all parcels are shipped with a customs slip.Export Restrictions / CustomsAll taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import.

How are Australian orders shipped?
Domestic orders are shipped by regular post, but if you need your order in a hurry, I can ship Express.
Refunds and Returns
Do you offer refunds?
I want you to be excited with your purchase. If there is a problem, for some reason, please contact me because I'm sure we can work together to sort it out!
Returns are accepted, except for custom work, within 20 days of receipt. It is important that you contact me first if you need to return an item. Any item returned must be sent with tracking information.
